My name is Jake and I wanted to create this for my daughter, Maya.

There are many things that can happen in life. And even if we are lucky to stick around, we have thousands of unheard or forgotten things that are never shared.

There are special moments, thoughts, and memories that are never express. A napkin doodle, a melody, or an “I love you” are special.

We are all lucky enough to live in a time where a photo can be instantly captured or a thought can be exchanged. But we still rarely take time to organize and share them, maybe because of the overabundance.

This is my effort to memorialize some of these things for Maya, who is the strongest light in my life. This is my photo album, my scrapbook, and my four track recorder that I hope she will enjoy one day.
